Avina is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner for a Melbourne Inner Southeast mobile, community-based role. You will support participants in homes, schools and everyday environments with an emphasis on autonomy over your schedule and caseload around your living area.
You’ll join a warm, growing multidisciplinary team of 12 clinicians across OT and Speech Pathology, with early to senior career levels. The role offers regular supervision and MDT collaboration to promote best practice.
At Avina, we're a national allied health and behaviour support organisation with 400+ clinicians supporting people across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia.
We deliver Positive Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Dietetics across the lifespan.

We're looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Melbourne Inner Southeast team.
This is a mobile, community-based role, supporting participants in their homes, schools and everyday environments. Rather than travelling across all of Melbourne, we'll look to build your caseload around where you live, helping keep travel practical and giving you greater autonomy over your working week.
We're particularly interested in practitioners around Hawthorn, Richmond, South Yarra, Prahran, Brighton, Bentleigh, Burwood, Templestowe, Wantirna South and surrounding areas.
You'll join a warm and growing multidisciplinary team of 12 clinicians across OT and Speech Pathology, with a mix of early career, experienced and senior clinicians.
The team brings specialist knowledge across areas including AAC, assistive technology, language and education, creating plenty of opportunities for MDT collaboration and shared learning.
If you're looking for a Behaviour Support role where you can have autonomy over your day without losing the connection and support of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
