Job summary

Avina is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner at Core level or above to join our Goulburn team. You will deliver evidence-informed, person-centred support across a varied caseload in clinic and community settings.

You’ll conduct functional behaviour assessments, develop comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans, and work with participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies.

Qualifications

  • Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability at Core level or above.
  • Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support within the NDIS or a related setting.
  • Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner – Core level or above to join our team in Goulburn.
