We're growing our North East Melbourne Speech Pathology team and are open to Speech Pathologists at all experience levels – whether you're early in your career, an experienced clinician looking for more flexibility, or ready to take the next step.
You’ll have access to our Northcote clinic on High Street as your local team base, giving you the option to see clients in clinic, connect with your team and use the space for focused work.
The role offers a flexible mix of clinic, community and hybrid working, with community caseloads built around where you live wherever possible to help keep travel practical and manageable.
We're particularly interested in clinicians based across Northcote, Thornbury, Preston, Reservoir, Heidelberg, Ivanhoe, Bundoora, Greensborough and surrounding north and north-eastern suburbs.
Our caseload in this area currently has a strong adult component alongside paediatric referrals, giving you the opportunity to work across a varied caseload. Wherever possible, we’ll also consider your experience, clinical interests and development goals when building your caseload.
You’ll be joining a genuinely multidisciplinary team, working alongside Occupational Therapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners, including clinicians with specialist interests across assistive technology, home modifications and mental health.
Whether you're looking to build your clinical experience, find more flexibility or simply join a team where you'll have genuine support around you, we'd love to hear from you.
