Job summary

Avina is a national allied health and behaviour support organisation delivering services across home, school, clinic and community settings. The Behaviour Support Practitioner role offers autonomy within a collaborative team and a flexible hybrid work model across Australia.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop Behaviour Support Plans and support participants and families with practical strategies, while collaborating with therapists and clinicians to deliver person-centred care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload.

About The Role
We are currently seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners across multiple locations nationally to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support services across home, school, clinic and community environments.

You'll be supported to work across a varied caseload, with the autonomy to structure your day while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team.
