Qualifications

• NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration core or above.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A person-centred, evidence-informed approach.
• Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload.
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
• Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists
• Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community, clinic and telehealth settings
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities
• Structured onboarding and supervision aligned with NDIS requirements
• Ongoing mentoring and clinical support
• Clear progression pathways across practitioner levels
• A collaborative learning environment focused on long-term development
