Job summary

You will present BONIIK's brand portfolio to retail and wholesale partners, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations with senior sales leadership.

Collaborating with marketing and operations, you will align sales activities with product launches, promotions, and inventory planning to expand BONIIK's market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales and business development experience in beauty or related industries.
• Strong communication via phone, email, and presentations.
• Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline and multiple opportunities.
• Comfort working on-site in Greater Sydney with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities and manage inbound/outbound leads.
• Build relationships with potential retail and wholesale partners.
• Conduct inside sales calls and present BONIIK's brand portfolio.
• Prepare proposals and support contract negotiations with senior sales leadership.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, follow up on leads, and support existing clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales with launches, promotions, and inventory planning.
