Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar functions and events role.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, labour and stock costs.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full functions and events process.
• Lead, train and develop a high-performing events team.
• Control labour and stock costs to meet financial targets.
• Maintain venue presentation and operational standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and venue teams for seamless delivery.
