Pacific Beach Function Centre on the Gold Coast invites a Casual Duty Manager (RMLV preferred) to join our beachfront wedding and events venue in Palm Beach. You’ll lead event staff, ensure smooth operations from start to finish, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in hospitality/events.
• Strong customer service focus with guest-facing experience.
• Willingness to manage event staff across weddings and private events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weddings and private events execution.
• Lead and support front-of-house staff.
• Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
