Salt Bar in Kingscliff, NSW is seeking an experienced Functions & Events Operations Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of every event at this iconic beachside venue. The role blends planning, operations, and leadership to meet financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar functions and events role.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, labour and stock costs.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full functions and events process, from enquiry to post-event follow-up
• Lead, train and develop a high-performing events team
• Control labour and stock costs to meet financial targets
• Maintain venue presentation and operational standards
• Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and venue teams to ensure seamless event delivery
• Monitor event performance and identify opportunities for improvement
