Job summary

Aus Venue Co’s Salt Bar, Kingscliff, is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead day-to-day performance, drive guest experiences, and deliver strong financial results in a premium coastal venue.

You will manage a large team, optimise rostering and stock, maintain safety and presentation standards, and work closely with the AVC leadership team to achieve strategic objectives and community engagement.

• Senior venue management experience in a high-volume or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial understanding and financial acumen.

The opportunity

As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of Salt Bar, leading a passionate team and ensuring the venue consistently delivers outstanding service, strong financial results and memorable guest experiences.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a high-performing hospitality team
• Driving sales, profitability and operational performance
• Maintaining exceptional service, presentation and compliance standards
• Managing rostering, labour costs, stock control and venue administration
