Salt Bar Kingscliff is a key venue within the AVC portfolio, set in one of Australia’s most beautiful coastal locations. We’re seeking an experienced, high-level Venue Manager to take the lead in driving operational excellence, team performance, guest experience and commercial results.

The opportunity

As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of Salt Bar, leading a passionate team and ensuring the venue consistently delivers outstanding service, strong financial results and memorable guest experiences.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a high-performing hospitality team
• Driving sales, profitability and operational performance
• Maintaining exceptional service, presentation and compliance standards
• Managing rostering, labour costs, stock control and venue administration
• Building a positive, accountable and energised team culture
• Working closely with the AVC leadership team to deliver strategic objectives
• Creating an outstanding experience for guests, staff and the local community

• The confidence and capability to lead a large, diverse team
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
