The position is available on a casual or part-time basis with full Australian working rights. You will collaborate with senior managers and renowned chefs, while enjoying a beach lifestyle and staff meals provided daily.

• 2+ years of experience in a high-end restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be a key leader on the floor, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. This role is available on a casual or part-time basis and requires a dedicated, hands-on presence during service.

Bathers' Pavilion is an iconic Sydney destination located at Balmoral Beach. Our venue features a 2-hatted restaurant, an upscale bistro, and a Thai restaurant. We offer a premium, beachside dining environment just 20 minutes from the CBD.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the floor team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
