Job summary

The Bathers' Pavilion, Balmoral Beach, Sydney, seeks an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its two-hatted team on a casual or part-time basis. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be a key floor leader, ensuring flawless service and exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate staff briefings and training, maintain high standards during peak service, and collaborate with Restaurant Managers and Directors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-end restaurant environment.

About the Role

Bathers' Pavilion is seeking a professional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our two-hatted restaurant team at Balmoral Beach. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be a key leader on the floor, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. This role is available on a casual or part-time basis and requires a dedicated, hands-on presence during service.

Bathers' Pavilion is an iconic Sydney destination located at Balmoral Beach. Our venue features a 2-hatted restaurant, an upscale bistro, and a Thai restaurant. We offer a premium, beachside dining environment just 20 minutes from the CBD.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the floor team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee daily operations, including staff briefings, meal timings, and end-of-shift procedures.
