Job summary

Northies Cronulla, part of Laundy Hotel Group, is seeking Bartenders and Floor Attendants to join a beachside venue known for its lively social scene and warm hospitality. Responsibilities include handling cash, mixing drinks, maintaining bar standards, and delivering outstanding guest service.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators, team players, and available for evening, weekend, and late-night shifts in a fast-paced environment. NSW RSA and RCG are essential to apply.

Qualifications

• RSA NSW and RCG (essential)
• Previous bartending and/or attendant experience (preferred)
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Sound knowledge of end-to-end service standards
• Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Available to work evening, weekend and late-night shifts
