Job summary

North Narrabeen Surf Life Saving Club is seeking an approachable Bar Staff member to join our beachside team. You’ll serve beverages, maintain a clean bar, process payments, and work with a friendly crew to create a welcoming atmosphere for club patrons.

RSA certification is required; previous bar experience is a plus but training is available. Weekend and evening shifts, plus occasional events, offer flexible hours in a vibrant coastal setting.

Qualifications

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle busy shifts with a smile.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and occasional special events.

Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of beverages with exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bar area.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar as needed.
