Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts in NSW is seeking a multi-skilled Food & Beverage team member to deliver exceptional guest service across our outlets. You’ll work mornings and evenings, weekends and holidays, with RSA required and a Do Food Safely certificate preferred.

Responsibilities include waiting on tables, cash handling, setting up venues, and assisting with conferences and functions. A passion for local produce, cocktails, barista skills, and a collaborative team spirit will help you shine.

Qualifications

• Waiting, barista and bartending experience required.
• RSA certificate is mandatory.
• Do Food Safely Certificate of completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.
• Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties.
• Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required.
