Job summary

Global Talent Strategies is seeking a Business Development Manager for dewatering, pumping and rotating equipment services in Brisbane. You will travel across SE Queensland, manage a $2M revenue book, and drive new business selling pumps, repairs and major capital equipment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pumping or technical sales, a service-first approach, and strong on-site communication skills to earn trust quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pumping, dewatering or technical sales
• Willingness to travel regularly across South East Queensland
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Travel the SEQ region out of Brisbane, developing and owning territory sales across mining, industrial, municipal and infrastructure customers
• Protect and grow a $2 million book of existing revenue while driving new business
• Sell the full portfolio in-region — pumps, seals, gaskets, repairs and major capital equipment
• Use service wins to open the door to turnkey solutions
• Build long-term relationships with site operators and engineers
