Global Talent Strategies seeks a Business Development Manager for engineered pumps, fluid sealing and dewatering in Gladstone or Brisbane. You will own the QLD South territory, selling engineered pumps, seals and services to major industrial accounts.

With 5+ years in pumping or technical sales, you will build territory plans, travel regularly, and work with plant engineers and operators to secure turnkey solutions and future growth.

Qualifications

• An engineer with a degree or diploma who has moved into technical sales, OR
• A trade-qualified fitter or technician with further engineering study who has moved into sales or business development
• 5+ years in pumping, rotating equipment or technical sales, with a strong understanding of service
• Commercially minded: you build a plan, work it and grow a territory, not just look after it
• Confident with engineers and operators at every level, from the maintenance crew to the plant engineer
• Willing to travel regularly from Gladstone to the border

Responsabilités

• Own the QLD South territory from Gladstone to the NSW border, based in Gladstone or Brisbane
• Protect and grow a $2.4M book, with a plan to take it to $4.5–5M over three years
• Sell the full portfolio: engineered and industrial pumps, mechanical seals and fluid sealing
• Work with major heavy industrial accounts across power, alumina, mining and LNG
• Open up LNG as a growth market for the business
