Responsibilities

• Leads the establishment, approval and maintenance of the integrated project baseline refresh, covering scope, schedule, cost, progress measurement, key assumptions and supporting basis documentation.
• Facilitates baseline development and risk workshops with Project Managers, Directors and delivery teams to validate scope, assess maturity, define strategies and identify risks, including QSRA and QCRA.
• Enhances legacy baseline governance, procedures, coding structures, controls, review cycles and approval authorities.
• Ensures approved scope, estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones and deliverables are aligned and traceable to contract and strategy.
• Supports baseline change control, including evaluation and incorporation of changes into cost and schedule control systems.
• Coordinates with Project Controls and Contracts to distinguish baseline changes from trends and potential claims, preserving records.
• Oversees reconciliation of baseline, control budgets, forecasts and performance data, driving timely resolution.
• Leads weekly and monthly baseline refresh reviews and contributes to reporting, forecasting and recovery planning.
• Assesses current cost, schedule and commercial implications to ensure baseline refresh accuracy.
• Monitors baseline integrity and recommends corrective actions for inclusion in the refresh.
• Communicates status, impacts, risks and decisions clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinates input and workshops to secure agreement on scope, interfaces and changes.
• Provides leadership and coaching to project controls personnel, promoting consistent practices.
• Engages SMEs to obtain data and validate deliverables.
• Supports data and analysis for negotiations, changes, and schedule relief.
