Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a senior Risk Manager to provide guidance on Project Risk Management across large, multi-disciplined Western Australian projects. You will drive risk programs, perform quantitative analyses, and lead workshops with project teams and stakeholders to align with the Project Execution Plan.

You will train teams, advise leaders on risk awareness, and liaise with customer leaders to share lessons learned, ensuring a culture of openness and continuous improvement on safety, schedule,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, build relationships, and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in infrastructure/heavy civil/aviation/renewables/construction environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project risk management program across the project.
• Manage and maintain risk activities to ensure alignment with the risk management plan.
• Responsible for quantitative risk analysis (schedule and cost) across the project.
• Train project team in risk management and facilitate workshops for projects and portfolio.
• Advise project leaders in risk awareness.
• Deliver training in project risk management.
• Arrange and facilitate workshops to deliver to the Project Execution Plan.
• Report to key stakeholders and represent the risk management program at leadership meetings.
• Liaise with CPP and customer leaders on all aspects of the program.
• Champion a work environment fostering openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, and innovation.
