BMD is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to lead integrated planning and controls across a major infrastructure program in Australia. You will link design, procurement, construction, and commissioning with cost, risk and progress reporting to drive informed decision-making.

Based in Australia with a requirement to relocate to Adelaide, you will manage a team of planners and project controls specialists, ensuring robust baseline development and schedule performance for a Tier 1/Tier 2 delivery

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Planning Manager on major infrastructure projects in Australia.
• Strong Primavera P6 capability for baseline development and critical path analysis.
• Experience integrating civil, structural, building and MEP packages.
• Background with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor or major-project delivery organisation.
• Experience presenting to Senior Executives.
• Willingness to relocate to Adelaide.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and management of the integrated master program, baselines, staging plans and milestones.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, commercial and construction teams to set sequencing and delivery assumptions.
• Monitor critical path, progress, scheduling risk and delays; propose recovery options.
• Create project-controls reporting, dashboards and trend analyses.
• Support tender method and program narratives; manage handover from tender to delivery.
• Lead planning reviews with senior stakeholders and uplift team planning capability.
• Manage a team of planners and project controls specialists.
