Job summary

Hallmark Hospitality Group is opening a vibrant new venue in Maroochydore, Queensland. We’re seeking energetic bartenders, glassies and door hosts to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support a fast-paced service culture.

Join a supportive team environment with opportunities for development. RSA certification is required, and flexible availability including late nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high volume hospitality venue.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• RSA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Deliver fast-paced bar service and take orders accurately.
• Run food and drinks during peak service.
• Perform glassy duties: clearing and resetting tables, venue cleaning.
• Assist with venue setup and pack down.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across service areas.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests while working within a supportive and energetic team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Fast paced bar service
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Running food and drinks during busy service periods
• Glassy duties, including clearing and resetting tables and maintaining venue cleanlines
• Assisting with venue setup and pack down
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas
• Contributing to a positive and energetic team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a high volume hospitality venue
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including late nights and weekends
• Strong presentation and attention to detail
• A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
• RSA certification (required)
