Job summary

Maroochy RSL, award-winning venue on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking a Customer Service Attendant for our Gaming Department. Join a fast-paced team delivering top-level service in a modern, vibrant environment minutes from the beach.

Experience with gaming systems (Odyssey/TITO) is highly desirable; RSA and RSG attestations are required. Flexible shifts including weekends and nights are common, with a focus on outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is beneficial.

An exciting opportunityhas become available for a Customer Service Attendant in our GamingDepartment. It is the perfect role for experienced, fast paced customer service team members who haveexceptional personal presentation and customer service skills.

What you'll do:

Perform all Gaming / Keno operational duties in accordance with Maroochy RSL's policies and procedures

Provide a level of customer service that is courteous, helpful, friendly and efficient

Have a strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards

What we're looking for:

Experience with gaming systems including Odyssey / TITO (highly desirable)

Great customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

The ability to beable to work autonomously and as part of a team
