The Lookout at Echo Point, operated by Trippas White Group in the Blue Mountains, seeks a Bartender Extraordinaire to join our iconic venue. You’ll craft drinks, engage guests, and contribute to a vibrant dining and event atmosphere with a friendly, professional approach.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of hospitality experience, cocktail know-how, and the ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster. Join a team that values flair, excellence, and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hospitality experience or equivalent in bar/restaurant settings.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails and bar products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shake, stir and serve drinks with style in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver top-notch customer experiences and build rapport with patrons and staff.
• Support other venue operations as needed and adapt to a rotating roster.

The Role – BartenderExtraordinaire

Love working behind the bar andmaking people smile? We’re looking for an all-rounder who’s got the skills toshake, stir, and serve with style! If you’re passionate about great service andthrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your moment to shine. You’ll be theface behind the bar, delivering top-notch drinks and unforgettable customerexperiences. Bonus points if you’ve got table-waiting experience. We love ateam player who can jump in wherever needed! This role offers around 20 to 30hours per week, perfect for someone who’s flexible, energetic, and ready tobring the good vibes.

About You

To be successful in this role, youmust have;

• At least 1-3 years’ experience
• A strong knowledge of the hospitality industryand alcoholic products
• Cocktail experience is favourable but notessential
• The ability to build strong rapport with patronsand staff alike
• The ability to multitask at all times, with acommitment to excellence in all duties
• Speed and efficiency, with a keen eye for detail
• The ability to promote both the venue and a funworking environment
• Be well-presented and articulate, with a passionfor flair and creativity
• Clear and precise communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability across a 7-day rotatingroster, including day and night shifts and public holidays
