Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a part-time Bartender for Lobby Lounge, located in Sydney's CBD. The role focuses on service and preparation of wine, beers, spirits, cocktails and coffees, with opportunities to craft cocktails using unique ingredients.

The ideal candidate has bar experience, a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, and barista skills are advantageous. You will work autonomously in a dynamic environment with a rotating 7-day roster and NSW RSA certification.

• Previous bar and service experience in a similar environment.

• Availability to work to a rotating, 7 day roster (including daytime, evening and weekend shifts).
• Current NSW RSA.
• Full working rights in Australia.
