Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking an experienced bartender to join its vibrant Zephyr Sky Bar and team. You will craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings bar and mixology experience, strong cocktail knowledge, professional service, polished presentation, and the ability to work autonomously on a rotating roster, including nights and weekends. RSA certification and Australian work rights are required.

Qualifikationen

• Previous bar and mixologist experience in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge on classic and signature cocktails.
• Ability to provide professional customer service-friendly personality.
• Excellent presentation and grooming.
• Proven ability to work autonomously.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Current RSA.
• Must be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
