Job summary

Hyatt Regency Sydney is recruiting for a passionate bartender to join the Zephyr Sky Bar team. The role offers a fast-paced, vibrant environment with opportunities to craft signature cocktails and create exceptional experiences for guests.

Ideal candidates will have bar experience, strong mixology knowledge, and excellent service. RSA certification and Australian work rights are required, with a rotating roster including nights and weekends.
