Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Port Douglas is seeking a part-time Bartender to join our lively beverage team. You will tend bar, craft cocktails, and serve food, aiming to exceed guest expectations with warm, responsive service.

Ideal candidates hold an RSA, have relevant bar experience, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will join a supportive team within the Marriott International group offering staff discounts and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Be the connector and facilitator of the bar service, tending bar and serving food to guests.
• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests.
• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
• Welcome and engage with our guests throughout the beverage experience.
• Support the bar team in general operational tasks working closely with the food and beverage team.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings.

Position Summary:
