The Sheraton Port Douglas is seeking a part-time Bartender to join our friendly food and beverage team. You will tend the bar, craft cocktails and serve food, ensuring an exceptional beverage experience for guests.

An up-to-date RSA and relevant bar experience are required. You will work in a fast-paced environment, remain self-motivated, and build guest relationships to encourage repeat bookings.

Position Summary:

• Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations
• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
• Welcome and engage with our guests throughout the complete beverage experience
• Support the bar team in general operational tasks working closely the food and beverage team
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
