Sheraton Port Douglas is seeking a Bartender for a part-time role at our Port Douglas location. You will assist with bar service, tend bar, and serve food to guests, while preparing cocktails and maintaining a clean, stocked outlet.

Engage with guests and support the bar team to deliver memorable beverage experiences. Ideal candidates have an RSA, relevant bar experience, working rights in Australia, and a proactive, guest-focused attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• RSA certification required.
• Experience in a similar bar/food service role.
• Must have working rights in Australia.

Position Summary:

• Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations
• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
• Welcome and engage with our guests throughout the complete beverage experience
• Support the bar team in general operational tasks working closely the food and beverage team
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
