Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Bartender for a part‑time role at our Port Douglas location. You will tend bar, serve beverages and food, prepare cocktails and ensure the outlet remains stocked and clean for guests throughout service.

Qualifications

• An RSA certification is required.
• Previous experience in a similar bartender role is preferred.
• Eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Be the connector and facilitator of collective power and assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations
• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
• Welcome and engage with our guests throughout the complete beverage experience
• Support the bar team in general operational tasks working closely the food and beverage team
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
