Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Port Douglas is seeking a Guest Service Expert for part-time hours. You will support the Guest Services team with general operations, become the hotel and community expert, and assign rooms according to guest requests to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support your Guest Services team with general operational tasks.
• Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding community, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations.
• Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible.
• Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences tailored to guests' requirements.
• Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests whilst following up with guest questions and requests, focusing on attention to detail.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings.
