Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Sydney is seeking a part-time Bartender to join our beverage team. You will craft cocktails and tailored drinks, welcome guests, and contribute to a vibrant guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the connecter; assist with bar service, tending bar and serving food to guests.
• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages.
• Ensure the outlet is stocked and clean at all times.
• Welcome and engage with guests throughout the beverage experience.
• Support the bar team in general operational tasks with the F&B team.
• Build relationships with guests to encourage future bookings through engaging service.

• Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations
• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
• Welcome and engage with our guests throughout the complete beverage experience
• Support the bar team in general operational tasks working closely the food and beverage team
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
