Asado, located on Melbourne’s Southbank, is part of The San Telmo Group, a growing hospitality family operating six venues.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ bartending experience required.

Position Available

Casual Bartender – Restaurant Award Level 2

• Monday–Friday: $33.85 per hour
• Saturday: $40.62 per hour
• Sunday: $40.62 per hour
• Public Holidays: $67.70 per hour

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, spirits and other beverages consistently and efficiently
• Delivering warm, engaging bar service and confidently making drink recommendations to guests
• Working closely with the bar and restaurant teams to deliver smooth, fast-paced services

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within a busy restaurant or bar
• Strong cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge, with the ability to work quickly and consistently during busy services
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
