Delaware North Australia & New Zealand is seeking a hands-on Bar Team Leader for Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. You will lead the Bars team, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations across a 7-day roster.

This role requires RSA and RSG certificates, at least 1 year supervising bar operations, and strong knowledge of liquor and service protocols. The resort offers meals, parking, and staff discounts along with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising bar operations and team members.
• Hold RSA and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates.
• Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements.
• Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending and service protocols.
• Able to work across a 7-day roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by example with a hands-on approach.
• Oversee day-to-day bar management.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards for F&B operations.
• Train and develop team members.
• Monitor weekly inventory and handle F&B marketing/promotions.
