Delaware North Australia & New Zealand is seeking a hands-on Bar Team Leader for Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. You will lead the Bars team, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations across a 7-day roster.

This role requires RSA and RSG certificates, at least 1 year supervising bar operations, and strong knowledge of liquor and service protocols. The resort offers meals, parking, and staff discounts along with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Hold RSA and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates.
• Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements.

• Able to work across a 7-day roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Delaware North Australia is hiring a fulltime Bar Team Leader for Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As the Bar Team Leader, you will lead our Bars team, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations. The Bar Team Leader is crucial in maintaining high standards and fostering a dynamic work environment. What will you do?

• Lead the team by example with a hands-on approach

More About You

• Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate

• Able to work across a 7-day roster including nightshift, weekends and public holidays
