Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Bar Supervisor to join our Mindil Beach Casino Resort team in Darwin, NT. You will deliver first‑class guest service, supervise bar operations, and showcase bartender and coffee-making skills to VIP members and guests.

This role emphasizes long-term commitment, development of staff, and contributing to the resort\'s reputation as a tropical leisure destination, with opportunities to grow within the Delaware North family.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising bar teams and delivering guest service excellence.
• Ability to roster and manage staff across a 7-day roster.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, wines and spirits, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop bar team members to ensure service excellence.
• Roster staff to meet business needs and monitor performance.
• Oversee all food and beverage service, including bartender and coffee-making duties.
