Job summary

Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT is hiring a full-time Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team and ensure exceptional guest service. You will supervise, train, and develop staff, while delivering top‑notch bartender and coffee service to VIP guests.

You will roster shifts, monitor performance, and contribute to promotions and in-house offerings, including wines and spirits, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG)
• Experience as a bar supervisor and in coaching teammates
• Food Safety Certificate and HACCP knowledge
• Understanding of licensing, liquor, bar tending, and service protocols
• Ability to promote marketing and promotions in a bar setting
• Able to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights/weekends/holidays

Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Bar Supervisor to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be delivering first-class services to VIP members and guests, utilising your impeccable bartender and coffee-making skills, providing exceptional guest service.
