Job summary

Monster Kitchen and Bar, part of Ovolo Hotels Group, is seeking a Bar Supervisor to take full ownership of the bar and lead the team across a 7-day rotating roster. You will manage stock, train staff, and uphold high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.

We value hands-on leaders with a minimum of 3 years in bar roles, able to coordinate orders, supervise shifts, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across all F&B outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 3 years in bar leadership or supervisory roles.
• Confident in managing stock, orders, and beverage operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to cleanliness, presentation and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day bar operations with properly staffed shifts.
• Oversee beverage operations to maximise efficiency and service quality.
• Design and deliver on- and off-the-job training for the bar team.
