Soho House is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the bar operation, ensuring a world-class beverage experience that mirrors the club’s quality and atmosphere. You will oversee service delivery, staff development, product selection, and financial performance within the bar, driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

You’ll manage and develop your team, collaborating with F&B and Events to deliver signature cocktails and seamless large-scale events to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full bar operation including service delivery and staff management.
• Develop and inspire the team to deliver world-class beverage experiences.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage and Events teams to ensure high standards for cocktails and events.
• Drive revenue and ensure profitability of the bar while maintaining brand standards.
