Crystalbrook Byron is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage servers to join our award-winning resort, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury, rainforest setting near Byron Bay. Roles vary across breakfast, lunch, and evening service as part of a dynamic team.

We value passionate, energetic team members with experience in high-end hospitality, a current NSW RSA, and flexibility across a 7‑day roster.

Role Purpose

We can offer shifts that vary from early mornings for a beautiful breakfast service to late night cocktails in the most special venues in town. Our exceptional award-winning venues thrive with personality and gastric delights to suit every taste.

Responsibilities

The positions report to Food and Beverage Manager and work alongside a passionate and supportive team who believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all guests.

We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our restaurant. Because of this we are seeking zealous, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards!

You Will Need To Demonstrate

• Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
