Job summary

Bella Venezia Restaurant & Bar on the Sunshine Coast is seeking passionate bar staff to join our dynamic team. With a focus on premium cocktails and luxury service, you will work in a vibrant, upscale setting and craft a variety of cocktails to meet guest expectations.

You should have at least 1 year of experience, RSA certification, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent hospitality and personalised guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment.
• Basic knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
• Exceptional creativity and a passion for delivering unique cocktail experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Current RSA certification.

About Us

Bella Venezia Restaurant, a multi-award-winning dining institution, is looking for passionate and talented bar staff to join our dynamic team. With a strong focus on premium cocktails and luxury service, our vibrant and upscale environment is the perfect place for team members to showcase creativity and team spirit. With a 2-3 person team creating between 100 - 150 cocktails a day, you will need to be fast paced and well organised.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking talented and skilled bar staff who thrive in fast-paced environments and can assist in crafting extraordinary cocktails. Your passion for the art of mixology and bar tending will drive you to continuously innovate and deliver memorable guest experiences.
