Esca Group in Sydney is expanding its opening team, seeking experienced Assistant Bar Manager or Head Bartender to lead service and beverage standards.

You'll manage daily bar operations, train and mentor the team, ensure stock integrity, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. The role requires Australian working rights and availability evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with staff dining discounts and other benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Comprehensive understanding of wine, spirits and cocktail composition.
• Experience in stock control, with strong organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train and lead a team.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Full Australian working rights.
