The Mez Club in Byron Bay is seeking a Bar Manager for a full-time, salaried role up to 40 hours per week, based in our quality venue.

You will lead a capable bar team, ensure consistent drinks, run efficient processes, train bartenders, manage batching, prep and stock, and deliver a relaxed guest experience.

The ideal candidate has strong cocktail knowledge, confident with tools, steady leadership and a calm presence, and values high standards in a busy hospitality environment.
