Job summary

Suzy’s in Perth is seeking a Bar Manager to own everything behind the bar, from morning coffees to late-night cocktails, guiding the team with a hands-on leadership style and a passion for exceptional service.

You’ll train and develop staff, oversee coffee and cocktail service, design a standout beverage program, manage stock and COGS, and partner with venue leadership to create a guest experience that keeps guests coming back.

We’re building a venue where cocktails, coffee, and atmosphere come together to create something people remember, and we’re looking for a Bar Manager to lead it.

The Role

As Bar Manager, you’ll own everything behind the bar, from morning coffees to late-night cocktails.

You’ll work with our Venue Manager, lead from the front, set the standard, and make sure every drink, whether it’s a flat white or a martini, is executed perfectly.

What You’ll Do
