Job summary

Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort on the Sunshine Coast is seeking friendly Bartenders for casual, on-site work across resort bars, restaurants, conferences and events. You’ll serve beers, wines, cocktails and spirits, engaging guests with energy and professionalism to deliver memorable experiences.

Join Accor’s global network and contribute to a dynamic F&B team in a beautiful resort setting, with shifts that vary by event and guest demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s cocktail and bartending experience.
• RSA certification required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Friendly, confident and approachable personality.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
• Calm and efficient in fast-paced environments.

Job Description

We’re looking for friendly and experienced Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team on a casual basis.

You’ll bring great energy to our bars, restaurants, conferences and events, serving everything from beers and wines to cocktails and spirits. You’ll be confident engaging with guests, working as part of a busy team and keeping service running smoothly.

With a variety of outlets, functions and events across the resort, this is a role where no two shifts are quite the same.

What you’ll be doing:

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• A genuine passion for great service and memorable guest experiences
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
• A friendly, confident and approachable personality
• The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to get involved
• A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
