Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within Business Banking or similar sales portfolios
• Solid experience recruiting within Banking or Financial Services, including high-volume frontline roles
• Agency recruitment experience is highly regarded
• Proven ability to proactive headhunt and build strong talent pipelines
• AI-curious with experience using AI to uncover top talent
• Strong stakeholder management in fast-paced delivery environments
• Genuine passion for candidate care and experience
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and take ownership in delivery

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from design to delivery
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers for best-in-class outcomes
