Job summary

Korn Ferry in Sydney is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its RPO team, owning end-to-end recruitment for commercial, corporate, and executive roles across ANZ and APAC. You’ll partner with senior leaders, shape strategies, and deliver superb hiring outcomes using market insights and creative sourcing.

This hybrid role offers 2–3 days on-site at the North Shore office and collaboration with a globally recognised technology and information solutions organisation committed to talent excellence

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting across commercial, corporate, and executive-level roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Executive search and proactive sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Commercial (Sales) and Corporate functions throughout ANZ and APAC.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior business leaders as a trusted talent advisor.
• Lead executive search activities for senior and leadership appointments.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Deliver market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations that support informed business decisions.
• Create an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through clear communication and strong relationship management.
