Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our long-standing RPO partnership. This role recruits across ANZ for commercial, sales, manufacturing and corporate functions, collaborating closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic hiring solutions.

You will represent the client brand in a competitive market, leveraging sourcing strategies and market insights to engage exceptional talent and strengthen the organization’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience within agency, RPO, in-house or blended environments.
• Strong direct sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping capabilities.
• Experience recruiting for commercial, sales or corporate functions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and driven approach with resilience in a competitive talent market.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Interest in innovation and modern recruitment practices.
