The Recruitment Company is seeking a technically minded Technical Business Analyst to join a financial technology business delivering innovative pricing and calculation solutions to banks across Australia and internationally.
You will gather and translate business requirements into technical stories and work with developers across a SaaS platform, ensuring the final solutions meet client needs and governance standards.
Competenze
- 3–7 years of BA experience in banking or financial tech
- Solid pricing, financial calculations and modelling knowledge
- Experience with AI tools such as Copilot in a professional setting
- Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities
- Client-facing with ability to document requirements
- Familiarity with SaaS delivery in banking
Mansioni
- Engage directly with banking clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements
- Translate banking product and pricing requirements into clear user stories for developers
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure delivery of new features
- Develop testing criteria and support QA to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Identify improvements to pricing calculations and product capabilities
- Leverage AI tools to enhance requirements, documentation and testing
